Are all viewable items in stock? NO, unfortunately our two systems are separate from one another and we do not track our inventory through our website. All items will claim to be in stock, but until the order is picked and invoiced, we won't know exactly which items will be ready to ship. Backorders over $50 will be shipped ASAP. Backorders under $50 should be reordered.

How much is required for my opening order? Opening order $150 minimum. Reorders $50 minimum.
Terms: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover. Orders only shipped to customers in good standing.
How much is shipping and handling? All domestic orders are shipped via UPS and are calculated based on the weight of the package and distance from our warehouse in Prospect Heights, IL. There are NO additional handling charges. International orders will be shipped via DHL. Hawaii, Alaska, and Canadian orders will be shipped via USPS.
How Quickly will my order be shipped?
UPS Ground- *Same day shipping! Most Continental United States orders received by 12:00 p.m. CST will be shipped the same day. This is not a guaranteed service, but what we strive for. Last year 90% off all Continental United States orders received before 12:00 p.m. CST were shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm CST may be shipped the next day. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada orders will be shipped by US mail in 3-5 business days. International orders will be shipped via DHL in 3-5 business days.
.Will my backorders be shipped? All Continental U.S. backorders exceeding $50 will be shipped ASAP. Any backorders under $50 should be reordered. All International backorders will be cancelled.
