Who can order from Product Performers?

Product Performers is a wholesale distributor and we sell strictly to retail stores. All new customers must first apply here for access to our website. All retailers must either have a commercial brick and mortar retail storefront or live standalone retail website. New customer applications will be reviewed in 24-48 hours.

How quickly do orders ship?

We ship over 90% of orders received before 12PM CST the same business day. Please note that this is not a guaranteed same day service. During extremely busy times, some orders may take longer. International customers, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum opening order is $150. Our minimum re-order is $75. Our International order minimum is $150 per order.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all Continental U.S. orders over $200! Orders over $200 shipping outside the Continental U.S. will receive a 4% discount on their total invoice (instead of free freight).

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Visa, Discover, and Mastercard. All customers must fill out a credit card authorization form for each card that you would like to keep on file.

How do you handle backorders & pre-orders?

Backorders: please add any items that you would like to be shipped from the BACKORDER section online to a new online order. If you do not wish to receive them, you may delete these items from this section as well.

Pre-orders: You do NOT need to move PRE-ORDER items to a new order. Pre-order items will automatically be added to new orders on our end. Also, if enough pre-order items from the same order arrive to meet our $50 minimum order, we will ship partials automatically. We do this because all the manufacturers release products at different times. If the shipping costs seem unreasonable compared to the amount of products available, we will either email you for your approval or wait for more products to arrive.

What do I do if I receive damaged goods or an item is missing from my order?

Please fill out the discrepancy form that is included with your shipment and fax it back to 847-808-7355.
